What we collect, what we don't, and why.
Plain English. Australian Privacy Principles and EU GDPR-aligned. This page is the policy that applies to the agenticgrid.ai website and to AgenticGrid demo tenants accessed via this site.
On the website
No tracking beyond Application Insights.
We use Azure Application Insights to count page views and measure performance on production deploys only. No third-party analytics, no advertising trackers, no cross-site profiling. Application Insights drops a client-side identifier scoped to this site and retains it for 90 days.
If you sign in to a demo tenant
One Microsoft identity, one email home to us.
The lead-capture gateway for demo tenants is not yet live — when it lands, signing in with your Microsoft account (work, school, or personal) is the only action that identifies you. We capture: your name, email address, the Microsoft tenant ID your account belongs to, the persona/demo you opened, and the date/time. We send a short-lived JWT to the demo tenant so synth-headless can bind your session to your email for audit purposes.
We do not capture or store any data you enter inside the demo tenant chat. The demo runs on a sandboxed dataset; no grid data leaves the demo tenant.
What we do with it
We contact you. We don't sell anything to anyone.
Your details land in an Azure Table in our subscription and trigger an email to Phil and Karl. We follow up because you took the trouble to sign in — that's the deal. We don't sell, rent, or share your details with any third party.
How long
90 days, unless you engage with us.
If we don't hear back from you within 90 days of your demo sign-in, we delete the record. If we do start a conversation, your contact details move into our normal customer-relationship process, governed by the same APP/GDPR rules.
Your rights
Email us; we'll act within 30 days.
You can ask us for a copy of what we hold on you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@agenticscale.ai and we'll act within 30 days. Under Australian Privacy Principles you also have the right to complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner; under GDPR, to your local supervisory authority.
Updates
We'll bump the date at the top.
If we change this policy materially we'll update the page and bump the date. We'll email anyone in our records so you can see what changed and opt out.
